I excel at and enjoy team comradery and relating to others. This strength translates into navigating professional relationships in a positive, enduring way. My communication skills applicable include; effective communication, team collaboration, and conflict resolution.
I'm also naturally a detail focused employee with self-determination. If projects are time sensitive or come with evolving goals, I can adapt and focus on project time restriction.

I've spent my 20 something years on exploring different career options, traveling, and new experiences. These experiences have shaped my career direction in a confident way. The start of my 30's has shifted into building long term career goals, community, and eventually working for a company with the same ideals.
These ideals include; a company that is community oriented, empowers employees within their position, embodies sound business and ethical practices, and has long term focus. Direct and efficient communication is one of the most important aspects in a working environment. I’m motivated by flexibility and problem solving. I enjoy a large amount of freedom and trust in my work that enables me to be creative and problem solve. I’m motivated by working independently while being a part of a team.

I'm looking to gather a diverse background in marketing and/or sales. It's been my experience that sales and marketing interchange within each position. I'm looking to grow within a company and learn as much as I can through the position within the industry.
